"Pretty good stuff overall"
The items seem really nice quality, at least from what I can tell. Everything feels solid and just kind of better than I expected.

I was a little unsure at first, so I checked what other people were saying before ordering. Glad I did because mine arrived quickly, looks really nice, and I haven’t had any issues at all.

There were lots of options to personalise it, which I really liked. I didn’t have no quick decision because there were so many choices, but it turned out really nice in the end.

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They were actually really helpful and got it sorted without making it a big ordeal, which I appreciated. The only thing that frustrated me was the delivery taking longer than expected — I kept waiting and checking for updates, which got a bit annoying. Overall, good experience, just wish shipping had been quicker.

I found craftee.co.uk really straightforward to use. Everything was where I expected it to be, and I didn’t have to spend ages clicking around to find what I was after, if that makes sense.

The checkout was simple as well, and the whole process felt clear. I’m not always great with websites, but this one was no hassle at all

"Clearer instructions than I expected"
I ordered from craftee.co.uk and went in expecting I might need clearer instructions or have to figure a few bits out myself. But everything was laid out really well from start to finish. Each step made sense, nothing felt confusing, and I didn’t have to guess what to do next. It made the whole process way easier than I thought it would be

"Stuff is okay, nothing too special"
I ordered a few things from Craftee and the quality was a bit up and down. Some of the pieces felt nice, but a couple was thinner than I thought they’d be. It’s not awful for the price or anything, just didn’t feel as sturdy as I was hoping. Delivery was fine though, no problems there

"Not gonna lie, delivery was faster than expected"
Not gonna lie, I was surprised how quickly my little craft kit showed up. I think it arrived in about 2 days, which was quicker than I expected. Everything was packed fine and nothing was missing. I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking was a bit slow to update, so at first I wasn’t sure if it had actually been sent. But overall, the delivery was good and I didn’t have any real issues.

I liked the site a lot, honestly. It looks clean and the designs are really cute. A few pages did feel kind of busy, like there was just a bit too much going on, but overall… really nice.

They’ve got a decent mix of craft stuff, which is nice, but yeah, some areas felt a little picked over or just kind of thin. I did find a few things I needed, so that was good, but I was expecting a bit more choice overall

"Nice for getting started, just a few confusing bits"
I’m still new to crafting so I wasn’t sure how I’d get on with Craftee, but it was mostly easy to use. The kits are cute, the ideas are fun, and I didn’t feel completely clueless which was a relief

That said, some of the instructions could be a bit clearer tho. A couple steps felt like they expected me to already know what I was doing, so I had to pause and figure it out. Still good for beginners, just could use a little more hand holding in places

"Pretty decent kit, just missing a few things"
The craft kit was fine overall. Had most of what I needed, so that was good. But a couple of the small pieces were missing, which meant I had to dig around and use my own stuff. Not the end of the world. Just kind of annoying. Instructions were okay too. Nothing amazing, but easy enough to follow
